Our company aims at the highest satisfaction of the customers, therefore we offer a 100% service for all COMPUTERS, not only the company-owned but also your private ones. We will repair anything that is necessary on any PC, i.e. including those bought from other suppliers.

For the company customers, the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT may be entered into to offer further advantages and discounts which will be particularly interesting for the companies operating several PC’s. The SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT will include free hours for repair and service of PC. When the free hours are exceeded, the work is charged at an hourly rate. We also supply our company customers with consumables (paper, printer and fax cartridges).

For the Home PC’s, we can provide you with service at your home; alternatively you can bring your PC to our site and the IT engineer will take care of the rest. If you need intervention or advice by the IT engineer outside the common office hours, feel free to contact us and arrange appointment.

If your computer is too slow, internet connection fails, if you are facing any problem with the PC viruses, your DVD drive or monitor fails, if your printer goes crazy or if your PC is simply obsolete and can no longer handle the tasks you require, do not hesitate to contact US. We would be pleased to address your problems is if they were our own and will find the most elegant way to solve them.
